2. Eligibility

You may use Krithrim EDC only if:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are authorized by your organization to access the platform.

3. Account Registration & Security

Users must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Immediately notify the Company of unauthorized access.

Sylphid Analytics is not responsible for losses caused by compromised credentials due to user negligence.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized system access.
• Interfere with platform integrity or performance.
• Use the platform in violation of regulatory standards.

Users must comply with:

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• Applicable regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, CDSCO)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Krithrim EDC website and platform, including:

• Software code
• UI/UX design
• Documentation
• Branding and logos

is owned by Sylphid Analytics or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly provided under a separate EULA or Subscription Agreement.

6. Subscription & Fees

• Access to Krithrim EDC may require a paid subscription.
• Fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Data & Privacy

• Clinical data entered into Krithrim EDC remains the property of the client organization.
• Sylphid Analytics acts as a data processor unless otherwise agreed.
• Data processing is governed by applicable data protection laws.

8. Availability & Maintenance

• We aim to maintain high platform availability.
• Scheduled maintenance may occur with prior notice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Third-Party Services

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Upon termination, data export may be provided as per contractual agreement.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
